It's Our Policy:

Inventory & Pricing: We are adding new inventory everyday. If there is something special that you would like to rent, and is not listed in our catalog, please ask. We would love to make your day perfect!

***Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices will be honored if previously agreed upon by contract

Retainer / Deposit: A 50% retainer/deposit of the entire order is required at the time of event reservation. This amount may be paid in the form of a check, money order, credit card, or cash.

Postponement or Cancellation: In the event of a postponement or cancellation of event contract, 50% of the retainer paid (plus any credit card fees, if applicable) are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date will result in full surrender of entire retainer/deposit.

Damage: A charge will be added for any item-requiring repair due to customer abuse, neglect, weather or any other uncontrollable factors of Décor At Your Door.

DAMAGE WAIVER (DW): Décor At Your Door agrees in consideration of Client paying and additional charge of eight percent (8%) of the gross rental charge, to modify the responsibility of the Client regarding equipment damage while in Client possession or control. Except as noted herein, Client accepting Damage Waiver, shall not be responsible for damage or destruction of the equipment rented except:

1. Damage due to Client's neglect, misuse or abuse of equipment.
2. Any loss due to mysterious disappearance or theft.
3. Damage to linens or textiles from tears or burns, wax, tar, mildew or any irremovable stains.
4. Any loss or damage whatsoever to trucks, tires, scaffolding, china or glassware.

We are not responsible for damage to underground or hidden sprinkler systems or other structures. We are not responsible for any injury related to the use of any rentals.

Rentals are Rain or Shine and no refunds will be given for inclement weather.

Purchase of Items: Do you see something in our Rental Catalog that you just gotta have? People often ask if they can purchase pieces from our Rental Inventory. Unfortunately, because some of our pieces are custom-made, we cannot sell the items that we actually rent.

However, we will be happy to special order any item, and quote you a competitive purchase price on it. Just ask us! It usually takes about 10 - 14 days for delivery. =)
